    花生辣醬拌麵 Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles 料理手札 麵條與醬料拌勻後,可依照喜好口感添加1至2湯匙的煮麵熱水拌勻,使口感更濕潤。 -- 食材 中式麵條(食譜使用:關廟刀削麵)-100g、花生碎(選配)、粗辣椒粉(選配) 醬料 花生醬-1湯匙、韓式辣椒醬-1茶匙、芝麻油-½茶匙、醬油-1湯匙、白砂糖-¼茶匙、飲用水-2湯匙、蒜泥-1小瓣 步驟 (1) 將所述醬料於碗中拌勻備用。 (2) 將麵條以中火汆燙至熟,放入碗中與醬料拌勻,再以花生碎或粗辣椒粉點綴即可。 -- Ingredients 100g Chinese wheat noodles(example: sliced noodles), crushed roasted peanuts, chili pepper flakes Sauce 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste), ½ tsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp water, 1 grated garlic Instructions (1) Combine the sauce in a bowl.     身為近20年吃貨的我 得跟你說 鹹蛋黃太少了 而且 如果你要用鹹蛋黃 市場上都會有人專門賣 8 9分熟的鹹蛋黃 還會有點流油 這才是品質好的鴨蛋 而且這種鹹鴨蛋 裡面的含納比例 大約是6:1 蛋白比較鹹 蛋黃不太鹹 會更淡 可以抓10:1 12:1 這相當於 你的味道不夠 起司的量也不夠 看那個麵的軟度 很明顯 跟麵結合的時間也不夠 說穿了 好看 味道不夠 咬起來麵粉感會太重🤔 這不是一個合格的拌麵 如果希望改善 這個麵粉感的問題 可以讓他油潤一點 多點蛋黄或是起司 多熬一下 讓他乳化好一點 不然你只能騙騙自己🤭

Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and water in the small bowl, then stir well. (3) Boil a pot of water over low heat, add sliced ginger and cook for 60 seconds. Combine the sauce in a small bowl, set aside. (2) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add the egg, pan fried the egg white until firm but egg yolk is still runny, set aside. (3) Add the sliced pork and stir fried until white, lift it out of the pan. (4) Add the minced garlic and stir fried until fragrant. Add white part of green onion and sliced onion, stir fried the sliced onion until soft. (5) Add the cooked sliced pork and stir well. Pour the sauce and stir well until reduced. Add the green part of green onion, stir fried until soft. Transfer the fried egg and stir fried pork on the cooked rice.     意大利人看到这面没人敢吃了。你做的虾汤没问题。但后面的,意大利人是用少许油煎蒜并取出蒜。只用蒜油煎虾。当面和虾混合后出锅前放少许牛油和少许奶油(或只放牛油不放奶油更干香口,甚至意大利南部各省做面只放橄榄油出锅摆盘后也撒上初榨橄榄油)。胡椒粉和盐都是关火后才放的。

      家常版的就不需要太考究義大利的版本吧,只要輕鬆做就好,而且一道菜本身作法就千變萬化,哪個料先下 哪個料後下 每個版本都不一
